Who is responsible
The data controller for this site is Solario SAS, 34 boulevard Haussmann, 75009 Paris, France. For any question about your personal data, write to contact@solario.io.
This notice is written to satisfy Articles 13 and 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
What we collect, and why
When you send a Sprint 0 request or contact us. We collect the name, work email address, company, role and message you type into the form. We use them to answer you and to follow up on the engagement you asked about. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and, for the follow-up, our legitimate interest in responding to a professional enquiry (Article 6(1)(f)). The form includes a hidden field that traps automated senders; it collects nothing from people.
Audience measurement. We measure how the site is used with Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores no identifier in your browser and produces aggregated statistics only (pages viewed, referrer, country, device class). It is hosted in the European Union. Legal basis: legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs. Because it stores nothing on your device and cannot follow you across sites, it does not require your consent.
LinkedIn Insight Tag, only with your consent. If you accept it in the cookie banner, LinkedIn's Insight Tag lets us see which of our LinkedIn publications and campaigns bring visitors here, measure conversions, and show later publications to a similar professional audience on LinkedIn. LinkedIn processes this data for its own purposes as well, under the LinkedIn privacy policy. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
We do not sell personal data, do not profile you for automated decisions, and do not collect special categories of data.
How long we keep it
Form submissions and the exchange that follows are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted, unless a contract is signed, in which case the applicable contractual and accounting retention periods take over.
Plausible statistics are aggregated and contain no personal data. Your cookie choices are kept for 12 months in a first-party cookie named orejime.
Who processes it on our behalf
- Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (Luxembourg, EU) hosts the site and runs the function that receives the form, in the Europe (Paris) region. Form data passes through AWS infrastructure and is not stored there.
- Resend, Inc. (United States) delivers the form submission to our inbox as an email.
- Plausible Insights OÜ (Estonia, EU) provides audience measurement.
- LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company provides the Insight Tag, subject to your consent.
Where a processor is established outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision covering the recipient.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, a restriction of processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@solario.io; we answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
Consent for optional cookies is managed by Orejime, an open-source consent manager that runs on this site only and calls no third party. The banner offers "Accept" and "Decline" with equal prominence; declining changes nothing about how the site works.
- orejime (first party, 12 months) — records your cookie choices. Strictly necessary; exempt from consent.
- lang (first party, 12 months) — set only when you pick a language in the header, so the home page opens in the language you chose rather than the one your browser suggests. Strictly necessary; exempt from consent.
- LinkedIn Insight Tag (third party, with consent) —
li_sugr,bcookie,lidc,UserMatchHistory,AnalyticsSyncHistory,li_gc, set by linkedin.com for durations between one day and twelve months, as described in LinkedIn's cookie table. - Plausible Analytics sets no cookie.
You can change or withdraw your choices at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer, or by deleting cookies in your browser.
